CO2/Arc Welding on machinery, Manufacturing of water tanks or any equipment needed for production.
Spray Painting of all machines & factory equipment.
Refurbishing of machines & equipment.
Industrial Relations, Negotiations between company & Trade Unions, Disciplinary Enquiries, CCMA Representation.
Sales, Selling services & products to customers & very important, After sales service/keeping the customer happy, remember that the customer is always right !
Preventative & emergency maintenance on all factory equipment.
Managing a staff compliment of 280+ employees.
Managing all factory vehicles, services, deliveries & emergency repairs.
